Setsuna's first reaction, naturally, was to reach for his gun and shoot the beast. He had never been good with any animal besides a bird, and the woman coming behind it was not comforting either. But he couldn't find the smooth metal of the gun tucked into his suit, probably lost during whatever happened that evicted him from 00's cockpit.

Still, she didn't seem to pose an immediate threat and it took him a moment to remind himself that immediately harming anyone he saw might just be enough to get other residents angry at him - not something he could readily afford.

He nodded and shifted his weight, prepare to fight or flee as necessary.

"Setsuna," he said shortly, giving a curt nod.

Lyle was out for his usual run along the beach when he noticed tracks in the sand. He stopped, inspecting them for a moment before noticing movement in the distance. For a moment he could only stare. Surely...surely that wasn't who he thought it was.

Setsuna scanned the beach again, as he knew from experience caution was the better part of valor. He stopped, though, when he saw a familiar face - familiar in that he had watched it, worked with it, and it bore a terrible resemblance to someone he'd lost.

He paused in the sun, watching the figure, making no move away or towards, not sure what to think. Last he knew, Lyle had been on Ptolemy II...

Lyle approached cautiously. He knew from experience that arriving on an island was disconcerting at best. Considering this was Setsuna, he figured slow and steady would keep him in one piece. It would also help him gauge how much Setsuna knew.

First things first, though. "Setsuna...Are you okay?"

Okay, so Lyle knew him. That was comforting, and also it was likely Lyle had been sent down to retrieve him. Of course, that was debatable itself, but he chose to be optimistic this once.

"I think my ankle is damaged, Lyle," he said, keeping his weight off it as best he could. "And 00 has sunk, I believe." He nodded out to the ocean.
