Correct answer: n/a
a) However darn well long the characters in your book want it to take.
b) However long the plot bunnies decide to cooperate.
c) It varies on how much the muses either want to cooperate or frusterate you.
d) 20 minutes...you never said it had to be a good book.
02. How long does it take to move?
Correct answer: n/a
a) It took me 1 second to move my mouse to type this.
b) Depending on what you mean by 'move'? For an able person, it only takes a few seconds to move your body, but moving house? Several days at the very least.
c) On Earth, under what we humans consider normal gravity? It depends on how lazy you are!
d) Depends on how motivated you are to move in the first place.
03. What determines a sizable amount of gravitational force?
Correct answer: n/a
a) How big something is. I mean, it has to be really big like as big as the moon, but you'd need a lot of really complex equations to figure out this question and I don't know them.
b) I'll have to go ask my old physics teacher and get back to you. ^_^
c) Mass and force determine gravitational. Sizable would be debatable.
d)The mass of the object the force is acting on, and the gravitational acceleration where the force is acting.
F = m*g, where F is the gravitational force, m is the mass of the object and g is the gravitational acceleration (on Earth it is about 9.81ms-2)
04. Seriously, what was that magic light in the last season of Lost?
Correct answer: n/a
a) Did it have to do with the polar bear?
b) They left one of the flashlights on the set.
c) Tinkerbell.
d) How am I supposed to know? I've never watched Lost.
05. How much sleep can one person handle?
Correct answer: n/a
a) As much as they need. I'm sure there's a record for the longest coma patient somewhere.
b) As much as their body wants, until they get a headache and then want to hit themselves for sleeping so much.
c) As much sleep as the body needs...though sleeping long doesn't matter as much as the quality of said sleep.
d) 14 hours, at least that was my record.
06. Why do cats like being in high places?
Correct answer: n/a
a) After staring at people's asses all day it a nice relief to get a different point of view.
b) They like to pretend they're leopards or they just are plain weird and like to climb trees and some of them don't even need a firefighter to rescue them. I had a kitty like that once.
c) Because they like to be away from noise and clatter. It really boils down to why they want to be somewhere hidden away.
d) The easier to pounce on you my dear. :3
07. Why do American TV stations keep trying to remake current British TV shows instead of just airing the real shows?
Correct answer: n/a
a) Because mainstream American society thinks that everything is better if an American made it...ignoring the fact that practically everything we use is made in China or some other country.
b) America outsources everything these days. Apparently they no longer remember how to make anything for themselves.
c) What real shows?
d) They think that Americans won't understand British references and jokes.
08. What's the synonym for thesaurus?
Correct answer: n/a
a) Big-Book-O-Usage-For-People-Who-Aren't-Creative-Enough-To-Come-Up-With-Synonyms-Themselves
b) http://thesaurus.com/browse/thesaurus
c) Glossary, lexicon, terminology or vocabulary just to name a few. There are others if you want names longer than just one word.
d) Abused word replacer. Oh wait, that's more like a definition.
09. Is it possible to cry under water?
Correct answer: n/a
a) Sure, why not. Ariel proved you can.
b) Of course, unless you're in so deep of water that the pressure is too high (then, you'll be worried about imploding rather than crying.)
c) Maybe it's possible, but how can anyone actually tell since it's just more water into water.
d) Sure, it's just easier to hide it that way since all the water mixes together before the human eye can see it. Suppose that's why crying in the shower is so convenient when you don't want anyone to know.
10. Why do dogs stick their heads out the windows?
Correct answer: n/a
a) Windfall please!
b) Because it's awesome fun, that's why.
c) Some of them like all of the smells of the outside world as the travel down the road.
d) It makes more sense to stick your head out the window than your butt.
