Thanks to those who commented, for your concern. We managed to survive Sale Day and are currently training two new supervisors to help us out, so things should start going back to normal soon *fingers crossed* I wanted to finish catching up earlier, but this is the soonest I could get to it, once more I appreciate your patience with me ^^'

Thanks to all who were patient with my absence.
