By Saturday evening Lauren had already finished her homework. She reminded her mom that she was going out. She quickly changed clothes and having nothing else to do, left for Jeff's party.

Lauren had no problem finding the Sterling mansion. In fact she managed to reach it at seven. Great, she thought. She showed up for a party on time, something she didn't even do for own party a few weeks ago. She thought she was the first one here. Lauren waited in her car for a few minutes to see if anyone else would arrive. Sighing, and reminding herself that she was still a badass-no matter how early she arrived for a party-Lauren stepped out of her car.

She took a moment to admire the house. It was huge and beautiful. Frankly, Lauren thought it had her name all over it.

She rang the doorbell and waited.

Upon hearing the doorbell ring, Jeff hurried himself to the door. Opening it, he came face to face with a girl he had never seen before. On second thought, though, Jeff realized he might have shared a class or two with the girl, but they had never interacted in any significant way before. Smiling at her, he finally spoke.

''Hi, I presume you're here for the party? Please come in, you're the first one here so it's still pretty quiet, but nonetheless, feel free to make yourself comfortable. I'm Jeff, by the way, if this wasn't obvious already.''

He motioned for her to follow him as he reentered the house.

Sam had somehow manage to make it on time for the party, a grin appearing on his face once he had double-checked the address against the invitation Mercedes had given him - the place was huge. Still, he wasn't jealous. The Evans' residence wasn't exactly a modest one - and anyhow, anything was better than the motel his family had been stuck in back in his home era.

Knocking on the door softly, he was greeted by a blond boy - that sure brought back memories of his lemon-juiced 2011 self - who introduced himself as Jeff. After shaking his hand politely, Sam entered the house, taking in the sight. It seemed almost bigger from the inside. Spotting the food table, Sam immediately felt himself becoming hungry. He'd have to resist the pastries, though.

Taking notice of Lauren's presence after a while, he addressed the girl, smiling:

''Hey Lauren, how's it going? This place sure is nice...''

Mercedes had arrived to the party earlier than she normally would have. But seeing as she informed Jeff she would help him with the party, it was only logical that she arrive early. Right? Though she arrived a bit later than she meant to. There were already some people there.

She stepped into the house, and decided it was high time for a drink. It didn't matter that she had just arrived to the party, a party was a party and alcohol made parties. She poured herself a vodka and orange juice, and took a sip of it.

She peered toward Sam, Jeff, and Lauren. She smiled at the two, "Hello! Nice place, right?"

Rachel had nothing to do on Saturday. Which was surprising, but she still managed to find something to do. Finding her mom in the kitchen she helped to bake a pie and some cookies. She always loved to bake, and it always gave her mom and herself time to have a mother/daughter bonding time as they sang in the kitchen together.

Knowing that there was a party that she got invited to that night, after relaxing outside with a good book, she went upstairs to put on a nice dress and then putting a white sweater over it. Putting on a pair of white heels she brushed her hair and put it up with a white scarf tied in it. Grabbing her handbag she went downstairs and told her parents she would be back later that night. She loved that Finn was going to be there. At least now she would be able to have self control with her underage drinking.

Getting into her car she drove over to Jeff's house. Noticing a few more cars, she was just a little late but hey she did show up and she was going to have a great time. Walking up to the door she knocked.

Finn arrived at the party, glad that Rachel had wanted him to come. He hadn't gone out and done anything in awhile, he'd been too busy working in Burt's shop. He wondered if Kurt was coming. He would have offered to give him a ride, but he didn't know if he was going. Finn had worn a pair of jeans, a white tee, and a nice plaid shirt. He had worn his new sneakers, too. He approached the door, and knocked.

Jeff was seriously regretting his decision to send the butler home for the night. Sure, it would have made him appear extremely pretentious, but he wouldn't have to keep going back to the door. Sighing, he excused himself from his guests, put a smile on his face and walked to the door, once more. Opening it, he came face to face with Rachel Berry and an impressively-sized boy. Quickly hugging Rachel, Jeff spoke up.

''Hi Rachel, I'm glad you could make it.''

He then turned his head towards the other male.

''Who is your friend?''

Without waiting for an answer, he extended his hand for the other boy to shake.

''I'm Jeff, as you probably guessed.''

Finn stuck out his hand, and shook the boy's firmly. "I'm Finn Hudson, I'm Rachel's boyfriend." He said, and mused. He seemed to be a nice guy, and Finn was marveling at how big his house seemed. Finn had never been in a house so big. He gave Rachel's hand a squeeze. "Thanks for inviting us." He said politely.

Rachel smiled as she saw Finn walking up and she smiled. "Hey Finn, I'm glad that you could make it. Now its going to look like we actually came together as a couple. I kind of love it." She gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then she saw the door open and she saw Jeff there. "Hey Jeff, I wouldn't miss your party for the world." She said as she hugged him back.

Then she put her arm out as if to introduce Finn. "This is Finn Hudson, my boyfriend." She smiled as she wrapped her arms around his waist as she looked at Jeff.

"Thank you so much for hosting this party. It looks like its going to be a great one by the way."

Brittany was sure she was late, but she went on up to the door and knocked on it. She was wearing a pink poodle skirt, a red blouse, and she was carrying a red sweater in case she got cold. She had saddle shoes on her feet and her long hair was laying in curly waves around her face. She was bouncing with happiness, she loved parties.

Jeff walked to the door for the countless time this evening, and answered it with a smile.

''Hi, - he said - are you here for the party? Come on in! It started a little while ago, but the more the merrier really! I'm Jeff.''

He motioned for her to come inside and, like he had done before, pointed out the various tables containing the drinks, food, and the music.

Brittany walked in, and before she went to go to get herself a soda, she paused, mesmerized by Jeff's hair. "I really like your hair, Jeff." She said, and a beat later, remembering he needed her name, she said, "I'm Brittany."

Jeff was slightly taken aback by the girl's first comment. He wasn't about to take offense to it, though.

''Why, thank you. I'm glad your like it... your hair is pleasant to look at as well.'' Because really, what we he supposed to say?

''It's very nice to meet you Brittany. So, there's quite a few people already here, but if you need anything, don't be afraid to ask.''

At that point, he simply awaited a reaction from he assumed was a very unpredictable girl.

Yes, Finn was clearly drunk and she didn't know what to do at this point. She had never seen Finn drunk, but at the same time she was kind of drunk herself. Putting an arm around her she guided him to the couch. "Okay why don't you sit here for a while. I'll get you a wet wash cloth and some water. You going to be okay?"

Finn wasn't sure about the answer to that question. "I think yes." He managed to say. He looked a little odd, he was sure.

Kissing his forehead she got up and went into the bathroom and got a cool wet washcloth. Then getting a glass of water she came back. Gently laying the wet washcloth on his forehead. "Wow Finn, one drink and your like this. I'm so sorry babe. I guess I'm not good at bartending or anything." She took another drink from her cup and she was well, buzzed but not as bad as Finn was.
