This was really lovely. I like that one day a week isn't enough for him, since it really wouldn't be for most people, and Neal seems to thrive on attention and devotion. I love that he misses those casual touches and that Peter makes it up to him at the end.

I know, I can't imagine one day a week being enough for Neal. But I *can* see him trying to convince himself that it could be and then getting hurt by it. He also seems the type to notice when something so ordinary (like a pat on the back) is missing. I can also see Peter fixing it in just the right way, even if he wasn't sure why it was broken.

I just really love the dynamics of these boys. They're pretty much my favorite. lol
