Ok, our house isn't selling (not a big surprise right now). We could sell if we wanted to drop the price about $25K, but I'm not willing to do that and would rather keep it another few years until the market improves. Plus Lee's nervous about buying in California, and with what I've seen I can agree ( Read more... )

Thank you, I'll do that tonight. Here is a link to the two Craigslist ads we have up...one for the entire property, one for just the main house.

Dangit, it's too bad Gestalt & I are locked into our leases (and they are too busy to move). I would like us to all get a house with a m-i-l, so I can sort of live with them.

Part of me wishes we could afford it even though the commute to Seattle would be hell for me. I'd love to have your media room and the hottub.
