House(s) for rent :)
Ok, our house isn't selling (not a big surprise right now). We could sell if we wanted to drop the price about $25K, but I'm not willing to do that and would rather keep it another few years until the market improves. Plus Lee's nervous about buying in California, and with what I've seen I can agree.
So, we are renting out our house again. We prefer to rent the property as one unit, but are willing to rent the main house and back house separately if necessary. I've put it today on Craigslist, but if anyone knows a friend, etc that may be interested in a great Eastside commute and nice deck with hottub, please drop me a line.
