Looking for some quick and easy CR, but don't want to make a post? We have your solution here. Taxon will now be implementing the use of phone posts! But, what is a phone post, you ask? A phone post is a post in a character's journal that is utilized for things like voice/visual/text messages, quick conversations and even threading a one-on-one interaction that may not fit into any of the posts currently in the game's community or warrants a new post being made.
For an example on how a phone post looks, see this post. (And here for a good example of how one works.) How you style it is up to you, along with whether or not you want to make a phone post being entirely up to you - they are optional and do not count towards activity. They are simply being introduced for an added element of IC gameplay. (If you're looking for a good phone picture, we suggest checking out Concept Phones, Amazon and Google Images.)
But, wait! What if I use my journal for another game and want to make a phone post, but don't want to make it a top post? How will other players find it? Simple! We're keeping a list of phone posts for those who have them on the contact page, indicated by a linked telephone symbol (☎) after the taken character. We suggest you make a backdated post if you want to have one, but don't want it to be at the top of your character's journal.
