It was a fortuitous coincidence that Glitch responded best to monosyllabic prompts in times of stress, and Wyatt largely preferred getting to the point as fast as he possibly could.
"Wash it again. If it still veers towards the Realm of the Unwanted, boil the shirt with a couple of sliced lemons. Should take care of the rest."
See what a good friend you got, Glitch? See? He's friggin' Martha Stewart in a cowboy hat. Only he didn't get to keep the hat, so no hat for him. Woe.

Glitch shook his head and dropped the shirt back in the washer, then found a hanger for the robe. Drip dry seemed like the best approach. "Thanks Cain. No idea what I'd do without you."
Answer: invent a time machine to send the shirt back to before it was ruined.
