Being cooped up in the Sanctuary didn't do Rose any favours. If she was able to go outside the building and escape, then she wouldn't feel this trapped. She stops at the sound of his voice, feeling his presence beside her. So young and innocent. Rose turns around and gives Kurt a smile, a means of assurance so that he would fall into her trap.
"I will be now, I think. Hello there."

"Okay. Well, I was just making sure," he offers stiffly, not even bothering to hide his consternation. He turns his head, wanting to see if there was anyone else nearby now, but can't actually bring himself to look away from Rose. "We should just be on our merry way then. Things to do, people to see..."

"Something the matter?" Rose asks, voice soft and questioning, acting as if she was concerned. "There's no need to leave so suddenly. We've only just met and I haven't even introduced myself properly yet. I'm Rose."

Another pause and then she hears the distinct 'ding' sound of an elevator. Someone is coming and they're going to have a hungry vampire in their path.

"Rose, hi," she says, her smile giving way to an expression of worry. "What's going on?"

Katherine.
It was all too perfect really. First time that Rose has encounters the bitch that betrayed her and there she was, right in front of her. Things seemed to be going well.
"Don't pretend that you care," she snarls at Elena. "Or that you don't know what's going on."

(Besides, they couldn't run from a mob when they were trapped inside a city. There was nowhere to hide. If the ship sank, they'd have to sink with it.)
"He wants us to make friends."
He wanted them to make friends and she was walking out with her fangs flashing.

"It's not important to me right now. Who are you?"

The Angel Beast was worth listening to, even if you didn't like what he had to say.
"Drusilla," she added, light as air. "Are you lost?"
She felt lost. The air was buzzing with it.

When Rose was clearheaded and back to normal, she considered Angel a good, trusted friend. She wasn't in the right mindset now for anything now, so aggravating her wasn't a good idea at all.
"Rose," she said, supplying her name. "And no, I'm not lost." She flinched in pain, letting out a gasp.

A loud bang in the kitchen just a little further up the hall was interesting... though not as interesting as the the stalking woman it discharged a few moments later.

"I didn't know you fangheads were actually spawning."

"That's a bit insulting, don't you think?" Rose said testily.

"Open up." He leans his forehead against the cool metal of the door for a moment, then straightens. "Rose, open the goddamn door or I'll find a way to break it, and we'll all be outed."

Rose was currently leaning against the wall in the corner of her room, body wracked with pain. She hadn't even cleaned the blood off her face or clothes. It took a lot of effort to push up from the floor and walk across the room to let him in.
She opens the door a fraction and peers out through the gap before opening it fully.

"You need a shower." He reaches through the gap in the door, brushes a thumb over one bloody cheek; then steps in and shuts it behind him once she opens it wider. "Any reason you decided bagged isn't cutting it anymore?"
The lazy, uncaring tone of voice is patently false, and worry seeps through the cracks.

And incredibly scared.
"I'm suffering from the effects of a werewolf bite, Damon." Her voice was hushed and anxious. "This is what happens when you get bitten by one. Hallucinations, dementia, unbearable pain and blood lust. I've fed off from three people over the past week. And I want to do it again."
Another wave of pain hits her and she flinches. "It happened to me before."
