So. Because I thought driving three thousand miles to get back to school would be a good idea, I'm in the middle of the United States right now. I've spent my entire life either on the east coast or in California, so it's a bit of a culture shock. Mostly with the flat. Driving back to college = I need my car! And it's on the wrong coast, and I can't afford to buy a different one that meets emissions standards. So. Argh. 41 car hours. It's exciting.

I've heard that The Middleman is super incredibly amazing from sources that I trust. It is also on (much higher) on my list of things to watch.

Hehe, it is cheaper to fly, but then my car's left on the wrong coast. And not having a car in my area is a major pain. Also, it is an adventure! I am Optimism Girl tonight.

Ah, Legend of the Seeker...it's not a bad show, but it's not nearly as awesome as Merlin, lol. I found it enjoyable towatch, but not something I'd get on DVD. Probably. I tend to buy DVDs when they're on sale. ;)

Fun fun or sarcastic fun? I do hope you're getting to see something fun beyond the flatness. Oh, and I also hope you don't have to drive through Utah. It's the same thing over and over and over scenery-wise over there. Or at least the part I drove through. :P

Dude! I loved the unicorn!! And yeah, the Important Romance Angst is kinda annoying in LotS. Though I've found the book to be a little bit better in that area.

I wrote that as sarcastic fun, but it actually is pretty fun. Although I think road trip food will give me a heart attack.

Fact: I cannot think of a single show that would not be improved by the presence of a unicorn, at least in one episode.
