Redhat bug reports

Everytime I've ever read a redhat bugzilla report, I've always come away with the feeling that they've spent a *lot* of effort discussing why they shouldn't do anything.

Meh, I see it across so much open-source software.

"I didn't write the software to do that, therefore it isn't supposed to do that. Even if logic or thousands of users say it should".

Drupal, Drupal modules and Thunderbird are the latest in the line of code that has thrown it up.
