"He's an ambitious little droid. I should grab a copy while there's a sale," John replied grinning. "Maybe I can get him to throw in a holo of the girls' bite. For memory's sake, of course."
"Yeaaaah, but he's..." Abruptly, Sokka finally registered that Artoo was, in fact, selling copies. "Hang on a moment."
He leaned over and began trying to haggle with the droid. With Sokka's flair for accidentally insulting people and complete lack of economic sense, it wouldn't be surprising if he ended up having to pay well over Artoo's initial asking price.
Artoo so loved suckers. It was why he spent so much time with the Skywalkers. After a few moments of negotiating, Sokka would find himself the proud owner of a copy of Artoo's greatest hits.
It was a big cabin, and easy to miss seeing any of the other graduates, but Anders just happened to have wandered the wrong way through the living room today. Packing was a little hard to miss, though, especially with an astromech vendor whistling outside an alcove, so he stopped outside.
"You can't leave," he announced with the futilely stubborn look he'd honed over the past couple of years of saying goodbye to people. "What if we need to break into another high-security building?"
"I think that's more fun than anyone's supposed to admit to having for that kind of thing," Anders agreed. "And I haven't forgotten how much you helped out when Bridge and Z got kidnapped, too, which I don't know if I ever really thanked you for."
