So last week I went to the doctor to get my anit-depressant medication adjusted. He seemed like a nice guy and we got along well but then he signed me up for a colonoscopy.

This sucks. I’m pretty sure I’m getting fucked with. Like I’m being punished for something. I don’t know what lesson I could possibly learn from getting raped by a machine.

A colonoscopy at your age? WTF?

Unless colon cancer runs in your family, I'd say "no way doc" and opt out of that one. Most people aren't screened/given colonoscopies until their mid 40's. My Dad didn't have his until he was in his early 50's.

Also, the majority of the drugs you have to take pre-colonoscopy have an FDA Black Label warning which *sounds* awesome, but it's mostly just brutal on your bod. And you don't get to see any sparkly unicorns or magical baby whales made out of marshmallows.

You do get butt touches with your colonoscopy though. Maybe your doctor secretly wants to have his manly way with you?

aw man that's horrible. I was actually gonna go through with it because I thought it would make me tough since that's how it works in prison. But now it doesn't seem so glamorous. I heard that the night before the procedure you have to spend hours pooping your guts out.

In the words of my Dad (who sucked down a bucket of oral sodium phosphates prior to his procedure and spent the entire night sitting on the potty) "I crapped my entire ass out".

I think there have to be got to be more fun ways to make yourself a man. Maybe we should get you some cuff links? Or you can join a biker gang?

My friend's husband had one and for some reason we all went to see him in the hospital and looked at pictures they took inside. He's way older though.

You might enjoy looking at whats in you...

I think it's a good precautionary measure. You know, just cuz. um. I won't ask exactly -what- prompted him to suggest that, however, just make sure they give you enough anesthesia so you don't wake up during. The sensation would be most bizarre.
