not to belittle your entry but i think your view of exercise is really interesting! its really intriguing to hear other peoples views about things.
im not at all athletic and ive been working out 4-5 days a week for about 4 months now and i think thats a lot but definitely not enough. i dont have much free time either BUT i keep telling myself that doctors only recommend exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
so unless youre training for a competition or something i really think what youre doing now is enough! keep working towards your other goals in life- you sound like youre doing really well.
I do think my idea of exercise is much different than most people. I ran track for 10 years. While in high school, I generally ran twice a day or ran and did weights. I would say I exercised about 2-3 hours, 5-6 days a week when I was in high school. I also rarely had a period, and had a binge eating problem (which would be followed by periods of dieting as well as my exercise.) So, I wasn't exactly healthy
