i just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to geico.

no, i really did. like $240 for a 6 month period. the cost was basically cut in half. thats ridiculous. its cause my accidents from 4+ years ago no longer count against me. i'm so happy :)

life has been a bit weird lately, a series of extreme highs and lows. my grandmother died on the 17th, my stepfather's mother. she had been sick for a long time, in a nursing home since around thanksgiving. it's sad but its also a relief, because her health had been deteriorating, she hardly knew what was going on around her anymore, she wasn't ( Read more... )

hmmm so just as everything seemed to be going well, a belt on my car broke today as i was driving home. the very same belt that i had replaced less than 2 months ago!!! those fuckers, i bet they used the wrong size belt, or tightened it wrong. because there is absolutely no reason a brand new belt should just snap in two while driving. i'm lucky my ( Read more... )
