i painted the spare bedroom (our old bedroom) yesterday. left the 2 sand colored granite paint walls alone, and did the other 2 a vibrant turquoise color. it reminds me of the beach now, just what i was going for! can't really make it exactly the way i want til heather gets her furniture out *hint hint* but it's getting there ( Read more... )

i took my car to the shop before work friday. they're keeping it over the weekend, and possibly for a few more days, but i don't care. they gave me a rental car, a 2008 prius (hybrid). this car is RIDICULOUS! it's like nothing i've ever driven before. first, it doesn't use a key. it's like a little computer you insert where a key would normally go ( Read more... )
