I think that is the big reason I could never be a hairdresser: the crazy clients! I have such sympathy though and I'm always careful with mine to make sure I am sure about what I want and how I can describe it. I guess it helps I know a little about it, but still...!

honestly, theres a whole lot more really cool ones than crazy ones. but i guess its the same in any business where you have to deal with the public, there's always gonna be at least a few nutty ones.
