MORE pain in the ass customers today! omg wtf! my regular customers were fine but other people's were just fucking crazy and i had to recut a girl maggie cut and colored yesterday because she didn't like what she got (what she asked for!) and she saw me cutting a girl's hair yesterday and liked that girl's cut so she wanted that. so, working with what she had (which was actually quite different than what she was asking me for and quite different than what i heard her tell maggie she wanted) i did what she asked, and she was satisfied with it, but surprised it was as short as it was in the back. the longest part in the front was to her chin and she wanted it longer in the front and shorter in the back, and didn't understand that involves cutting it to the hairline in the back and stacking it, and without cutting it pretty short at the bottom it wouldn't lay right and she wouldn't get the shape she wanted. wtf! oh and she had a monsterous amount of hair too, like i thinned it in the same spot 5 times and it was still thick. oh and she was still going back and forth saying things that contradicted each other about the color too. she didn't want it too blonde, but made maggie do the highlights chunkier when she purposely made them not too much because then it would look too blonde. then today she at first said do it all dark again because its so much blonde, then get the highlights closer to the scalp (already pretty damn close), then after the haircut she said she would just leave the color alone. most of you probably have no idea what i'm talking about with this hairdresser talk but i'm just venting! argggg. i'm at least glad my clients are pretty awesome for the mostpart. the ones who were in today are. i just needed to get the fuck out of there, it was 7pm and i had been there since 10am.
