as for the deer: i've only ever hit dead ones. yep, two different times, i've hit already dead deer. thank god they weren't huge. not sure what they did to the underside of my car, though. ehhhh whatever.

heather has actually hit a dead deer at least one other time i can think of. i think i remember her saying something about blood and fur being stuck to the underneath of her car that time lol. hitting the live deer this time though, she played it off like it was nothing. she sent me a text message saying "i hit a deer on the way here lol". i figured the fact that it was hours later and it was a text message meant she was fine, but still, it's a big deal no matter the circumstance!
