Go, Lois! I feel like she's speaking for the audience!

I said this elsewhere but I really do feel like Lois is speaking for the audience. So many people were upset after "Lazarus" and it's just nice to know that the show understands that so many of us found Jor-El's behavior cruel ( ... )

I've been finding Jor-El's behavior cruel since he first showed up in S2! Still, I'm happy anyone is calling him on his crap this season. :)

It's hard to know what or who Lois thinks Jor-El is. I've often wondered exactly how Clark would explain him to someone else, but it looks like he has told Lois just about everything she didn't already know about his life in the past couple of weeks, and it all happened offscreen. :( I also wonder if Lois knows about Clark's recent encounter with Jonathan, and if so, what he told her that was (dream? vision? ghost?).

Whether he follows Lois up there or goes there at the end....I'm not sure. But I'm just glad he goes.Agreed. I didn't realize how afraid I was that the show would exclude him until I saw him there in the clip. I have serious trust issues when it comes to Smallville! LOL ( ... )

I think we are supposed to assume that she knows everything now. That line in Harvest about him wanting her to know him completely would suggest that?

Oh...Cassidy is going to rock whatever they give her. I love the parallel between Tess and Lois in this episode. Call me crazy...but I'm still sort of rooting for an odd friendship between them. I know it's a long shot. But a girl can hope. :)

That's what I figured when Lois's expression in Ambush made it clear that she knew all about Clark taking down the RAO Tower. I think it's too bad, though, that they evidently deprived us of the fun of seeing Clark share some of those stories and memories with Lois. I still love that cute scene in Mortal where Clark tells Chloe about Pete knowing his secret, and that he had a spaceship. Besides, I find it hard to believe that Clark spent that much time talking between Harvest and Ambush. ;)

I'd also like to note that Clark didn't sever ties with Jor-El, as the screenplay claims in the earlier preview clip. Jor-El disowned him.

Good point! I'm still afraid that they're going to try to convince us that Jor-El was somehow right in Lazarus, and that Lois (and us, by extension) will be shown the error of her outrage in whatever happens next. This show has burned me too many times for me not to expect the worst.

I wonder what Clark did and didn't tell Lois about his history with Jor-El over the years. When you start to make a list of everything he's done, it's pretty unbelievable.

I do appreciate that TPTB gave a voice to our anger, over Lazarus and everything else Jor-El has put our hero through. What I don't know is if our opinion will be validated, or shown to be misguided.
