Jet lag

Is it still jet lag if my sleep patern follows that of China's time zone, rather than Canada's? My sleeping patterns are totally screwed. I have been waking at 3am, up and ready to go for a day, so yesterday I took a short nap in the afternoon, stayed out until 2:30am, and got up at 7:30am. Hmmm a good girl eh? Well I guess that I can trust you.... by the way whos the "boyfriend" you were talking about earlier ... I forgot to ask. And note to self no sleeping on the plane, that could get interesting Any ideas as to how to keep oneself preoccupied?

The "boyfriend" is kinda two people. One that I had a thing for ages ago, and was reminded of...and then theres this new guy. I havent crushed on anyone in a lonnng time, so I am all giddy and girly and its rediculous :P Oh, did you get the card I sent you yet? If not, Jen has it.

As for the plane, sleep if you arive during the day, but if you arrive at night, Ireland time, dont sleep. Talk to people, listen to music, watch movies...that kinda stuff. Walk around lots, it makes it go by faster. Your flight wont be as long as mine though ;)
