FINALLY!

And while they're at it, they need to look into the guy who's case was on ONTD-P yesterday. A black man who shot an intruder who was threatening him and his son with a box cutter. Police said self-defense, but the DA took it upon himself to file murder charges, and the guy was convicted. That was 6 years ago. He can't get a judge to allow an appeal.
And of course, the case was also from down in Georgia, just like this one.

I'm so glad.

This happened in my town. I'm so outraged I can't even talk about it. It makes me sick that this happened, and I want it punished to the full extent of the law.

I'm just shocked that this story is happening in this day and age - it's just sickening how little the police seem to care about what happened to that poor kid!
