Yeah, the letter seems good.
This is weird, because you're totally going through the same steps I'm going to at like the same time. I need to write my letter soon. Our organization requires 100 of them. It seems insane, but the larger quantity you send out, the larger return you will get. So send anywhere. Good luck.
