After worrying about my Algebra test, not getting enough time to study for it due to training a newb at work, and leaving with the feeling I had failed miserably, I got a 70%. I was a little frustrated that some of the things I missed were for stupid reasons. 910-630=550? Uh, ok. I even used my calculator for everything since I know I suck balls at

You shouldn't feel inadequate. The management should for letting go of someone competent like Heather and hiring on someone that clearly isn't right for the job. Or maybe any job, considering she's acting like she doesn't need the help despite clearly still being green. Haha I think I've seen her comment on a thread of yours on Facebook... and if that's her then she does not seem like the brightest bulb if you know what I mean.

Anyway, shouldn't a member of management be training this chick? Isn't that part of their job? I like how that place just throws anything they feel like at you guys and expects you to just do it without question.

Haha yeah, from what I've heard from Kim/Heather already it seems like a huge clusterfuck. Soon enough the other shoe will drop, I imagine.

I think from listening to Cathy's description of him, she's already a little wary of him. I can only hope that by some miracle of miracles Chris gets that supervisor position and he can whip this place into shape!

Or at least drive all the imcompetents off- Oh I guess that won't leave anybody here but me and him...

At least I think I can call myself competent most of the time.
