Who; Diva, OPEN LOG What; Fixing up the opera house Where; The Opera House When; After she makes the RSVP post Warnings; Depends on who comes to help, I guess?
Chrome glanced down at the map that she'd found in the grocery store, then back up again and down the street. There was the opera house, just visible a ways down. Not too much more of a walk, then.
It was nice to be actually doing something; Chrome had so far spent much of her time in her own part of the hospital, away from the others. She didn't quite feel welcome among them just yet, after all, though Boss and Sora-san had been kind to her. Still, a mostly isolated life here also meant a rather bored one. And Diva-san had been so kind when she had offered to help....Chrome was glad to be doing something.
Well, at least she hadn't seen any monsters on her way here, though she knew they were in the city. She had been lucky in that respect. Even with her new abilities, she wasn't sure if she wanted to take on anything right now.
She finally arrived at the entrance to the opera house, stepping inside hesitantly. "Diva-san?" she called tentatively.
The doors to the ballroom had been cracked enough for Diva to hear if someone had come to help. She perked up hearing the familiar (and distinctly shy) voice, soon opening the door a little wider to give Chrome a cheerful and welcoming smile from in between the great oak doors.
"Ah, this must be Chrome~" she said excitedly as she stepped out to come greet Chrome. She had taken to clothes a little better suited to working than a fine dress, instead wearing a flowing black skirt with a top to match. Honestly, it wasn't much more suitable to working than a dress, but to Diva it was enough of a change.
"You're even cuter in person you know~ Oh, but I guess you made it here alright! That's good. I was worried that you might some of those mean and ugly things on the way."
Chrome automatically averted her eyes when Diva opened the doors to greet her. It seemed this loss was going to take some getting used to. Oh well....
"A-ah....yes, I am Chrome. I did not see any of the monsters on my way here, thank you for the concern. You said you would like my help with cleaning up?" She wasn't going to touch the part about Diva-san calling her "cute". She wasn't quite sure how to take that anyway....
"Yep! I have no idea what I'm doing, to tell you the truth! Come on, it's this way~" she laughed cheerfully, beginning to walk back over to the door she had come out of.
"I'm not really used to any kind of physical work, so this is different. But we have to make sure the setting for the party is nice, right? In any case, it'll probably be fun, I bet."
She pushed the doors open wide, revealing the tattered ballroom. It was a long, grand room. The marble tiles still remained, giving the floor a black and white checked look. Dusty chairs and furniture sat to the side, and velvet curtains draped from the high windows. It was a room that spoke of elegance long gone, and the architecture a remnant from a time of gentility and fanciful airs.
