Summary: Eunhyuk wonders if he has indeed gone too far with what he has just done.
Eunhyuk fidgeted restlessly in his seat. They were currently having geography classes, which he hated the most, because he could not score well for this subject at all. He played with the letter in his bag, nervous. He could not help but recall the scene just now.
---Recall----
Eunhyuk turned around with a smirk, satisfied that he had finally found out who Fishy was exactly. However, it did not give him the fulfilling sense of happiness, but brought out a pensive mood in him. The sight of Fishy's face so downcast and fallen kept on flashing in his mind. Was his actions too much, too overboard? Seeing Fishy's face shocked and stunned in a moment, and the next, struggling to conceal his emotions behind a blank facade. Knowing that his face was going to give him away, and walking out of the class. Did Eunhyuk accidentally hurt his feelings a little?

Eunhyuk shook his head furiously, trying to clear that exact scene from his mind. It was occupying much of his thoughts, and he tried to focus on what the tutor was saying, in an attempt to temporarily clear his mind of his actions just a while ago. He stared down at the letter in his bag, and realised that he was not succeeding with trying to clear his mind of Fishy. Eunhyuk slapped himself across the face, earning a stare from Kyuhyun, who was sitting beside him.
"Why am I thinking of him? This is so weird. He is just a secret admirer after all. Nothing much..." Eunhyuk thought silently to himself. He knew somehow, something deep inside, it definitely did not feel something like that. He futilely looked to the front, trying to catch snipets of the lecture. He sighed, and furtively glanced over his shoulder. Fishy was sitting two rows behind him, to the left.
"It seems like he is concentrating on the lecture. I wonder if he likes geography as a subject..." Eunhyuk mused randomly. Fishy raised his head, as if he was able to sense someone glancing at him. His eyes searched across the room, and came into contact with Eunhyuk. His eyes widened, and he stared right back into Eunhyuk's eyes. As Eunhyuk did not break eye contact, Fishy tilted his head to the side, questioning.
"Yah Lee Hyukjae! Don't daydream when I am teaching landscapes!" shouted the tutor from the front. Eunhyuk hurriedly turned back to the front, just in time to see a piece of chalk flying in his way. He ducked down, knocking his head on the table. In the process, he accidentally knocked over his bag that was leaning on the side of the table, and the letter Fishy gave him fell out. Eunhyuk glared at the letter, which was facing straight up with his name written on it in big fonts, smiling widely, and he hurriedly jammed it into his bag. Just his luck to be caught by the tutor of all days. As he straightened up, he swung a furtive glance at Fishy. Fishy seemed to be....smiling secretly to himself? Trying hard to conceal that wide grin that was spreading over his face, but unable to do a good job of it?
---Lunch break---
"Let's go for lunch! Let's go for lunch!!!" Sungmin exclaimed loudly, earning stares from all corners of the room. Not that he minded the attention anyway, he was used to it since young. Sungmin grabbed Eunhyuk's and Kyuhyun's hands and ran towards the canteen.
As Eunhyuk passed by Fishy's desk while being pulled by Sungmin, he paused a while, pulling against Sungmin. That guy Fishy had just left a little earlier, with other friends. He glanced down at the textbook in front of him, and flipped to the first page. Smiling back at him, on the front page in big fonts, was "Lee Donghae". Eunhyuk gave himself a congratulatory pat on his back, and grinned foolishly to himself. Sungmin glared at Eunhyuk, pulled harder, and sprinted all the way to the canteen before Eunhyuk could pause again.
---After lunch----
"Uhm Sungmin, there is still some time left to the next class, I was thinking of going to the dance studio to practice for a little while..."Eunhyuk said in a rush, before leaving his friends open-mouthed at the canteen table.
Eunhyuk dashed all the way to the dance studio, as he could not wait to try out the new moves he had learnt from a video last night. As he approached the dance studio, he could hear faint strands of sounds coming from the radio in the room. He paused hesitantly outside the room, and peered carefully into the studio. He searched the room with his eyes, and noticed a certain guy with his back towards him. The guy was frowning to himself in the mirror, tapping the beats with his right foot, while trying to perfect his arm movements. Eunhyuk's eyes widened, that was the exact movement he had been practicing all day long yesterday. Eunhyuk took a closer look at the face, and recognised it to be that guy from his class, Lee Donghae.
Eunhyuk must have stood at the door for at least 5 minutes, watching the guy inside dance, with a passion that was bursting out of him, and definitely infectious. Just by watching him, Eunhyuk could feel the music tugging him into the room, to join Donghae in the dance. However, he cautioned himself, and stood outside to further observe the skills Donghae had. The way Donghae moved was definitely lacking in skills, but the way he moved, really conveyed his enthusiasm and love for dance. He did not seem to be afraid of dancing, and was in fact looking very proud of himself. He was exactly the type of Eunhyuk always envied, those who contained the burst of passion and love, and was able to convey his exact feelings through dance. Eunhyuk silently stepped away from the door, and the door creaked at his step. Eunhyuk froze, while Donghae swirled around to look at the door. Their eyes met once again, and Eunhyuk sprinted out of the building immediately back to his class, leaving a confused Donghae in the dance studio.
---Back at class---
Eunhyuk rushed to his seat and sat down, his heart pumping hard. He breathed in, and out, trying to calm himself down. "It's okay, he didn't see me, he didn't recognise me, he didn't chase after me, I'm safe" he repeated to himself countlessly, mumbling under his breath, earning weird looks from Kyuhyun and Sungmin. He could not figure out this feeling, it was breathtaking, and weirdly, made him very nervous. He tugged at his uniform, smoothing out the creases in it. Nothing wrong was happening, or was there? Eunhyuk hurriedly scribbled a message on the notebook, before tearing that page out and folding it into the shape he saw this morning. He placed it under his desk, just as Donghae walked in. He looked up at Donghae, and Donghae did not seem perturbed at the incident that had happened earlier. He sat down, and stared at the front of the room.
---After school, twilight---
Donghae crept quietly to Eunhyuk's desk, sensing that this was going to become a routine. He had seen the letter in Eunhyuk's bag, but was unable to figure out why Eunhyuk had to act like he had disposed of the letter in front of everyone. He pondered over it, sitting down at Eunhyuk's desk. His eyes widened for a moment, as he silently connected the dots in the puzzle. Did Eunhyuk already know who he was? His breath sped up as he contemplated that scenario. How was he going to face him in the future then? He took deep breaths to calm himself, assuring himself that life would go on as per normal.
He silently pulled out the drawer underneath, and was about to slip in a letter of his own, when he noticed another one looking up at him. On it was 'Fishy'. Donghae breathed a sigh of relief. He opened the letter carefully and scanned through it.
Yah Fishy!
You don't look too bad dancing yourself too. We could probably exchange some skills one day. Time, date, location, you settle. I'm free most of the days after school, just don't clash with Sungmin's schedule and you will do fine. Always great to have a new friend, Donghae.
