Hazuki Mina, 12th grade, and transfer student who still wears her old uniform, looked... well, not thrilled to be there. Deliciously blank. And giving the same lines to everyone who showed an interest.
Needless to say, she has ulterior motives for being in the FLLC in the first place.]

[Lulu Bell, lurking amongst the club booths with the hope of preventing trouble, stops to address the promising-looking transfer. Ah, that unveiled apathy reminds her of her own school days.]
How are you finding Trinity Hall?
Reply
[Apathetic as she seemed, she was a model student- quiet, intelligent, made no trouble and did what was required of her. Which meant responding to teachers.]
It's quite satisfactory, thank you.

I'm pleased to hear this. You have had no unpleasant experiences with students or staff?

Merry is standing behind the booth setting out flyers and the guest list on the table. Pictures of the cute ice cream sandwiches (that Riff helped her make) and cold sodas they're selling are also going up-- because hey, a club has to make funds here and there.
Other officers and applicants, come on down~]

She knew she ought to join something- right? But what...
The banner caught her eye, though, and she paused before the booth, awkwardly watching for a bit. Girls Going Places... ?

Oh, hi there! Welcome to our booth!
Reply
[She'd almost jumped upon being addressed, but quickly straightened up, sidling over a bit closer to the booth so she wouldn't have to yell over the crowd]
Ah... I was wondering. What sort of places you were. Going...

Kanone watches the passing people with a smirk, trying to look friendly but not really advertising his club. His plan is to avoid anyone he sees from Ohtori (due to his less-than-pleasant experience there) and make mental notes of those he finds suitable to join the self-defense club.]

Hi...any luck so far? I got the posters up...they're subtle, promise.
[As if to prove his point, he hands Kanone one of the extra posters. They're similar to the banner on the booth, except they tell people who are interested to come to the club fair. Also, the little cat he's sketched on the bottom is in a karate outfit.]
...dya like them? I can go take them down and change them if you don't like how they look...
Reply
[He picks up the stuffed cat and laughs.] We're still waiting for interesting people. Only special students can be part of this club, you know!
Reply
I do my best...I'm glad you like them...I put them up all around where people who might be interested are...you know, the gym and places like that...
...I've got a few more copies in my locker if you think we need more up...

Iroh sits serenely at the table, sipping a cup of tea with a satisfied smile, totally oblivious to the strange looks he's getting from real students.]

[Penny, eager to see what kinds of clubs are being offered by the various schools, wandered down to have a look around as soon as her office hours were over. She knows Iroh from her days at Ohtori and has tried to keep in contact with the affable cafeteria worker.
She apparently doesn't find the fact that a cafeteria worker has a club booth at all strange.]
This looks amazing! ...But how're you doing? What's up?
Reply
[Iroh brightens and immediately pours the young teacher a cup of her favorite tea, offering it with a warm smile.]
It's just a humble effort, but I'm glad you like it. How are you doing? It's been too long.
Reply
I love it. I'd join right away if I could. [She leans against the booth and sips the tea (perfect, of course), taking care not to disturb Iroh's display.] Things're great. Second semester of teaching up at the university... good students... lots of things to stay busy with. I should visit more, though...
You're still shaking it up at Ohtori, huh?

Rudy.
[Okay, so that wasn't the scathingly clever opening remark he wanted to make. Maybe next time.]

Harold.
[He gestures politely toward the chessboard.]
Your move?
