Okay - so I had to take a while to process this episode. When the credits started rolling I was left sitting on the couch feeling like someone had ripped out my diaphragm and I was doing all I could to keep my lungs in my body and not have them fall out my ass. Gaius clawing at my thigh to try and get up onto my lap, and the ear-achingly loud music

I don't think they stay true to the legend. So no Arthur = baby!daddy to Mordred. No way! They didn't stick to the legend regarding Lancelot either.

Yeah, I know he's not that baby!Daddy butit was just one of those thoughts that wouldn't leave me alone!!
Next weeks looks really good - maybe Arthur will have a boner for his wife... Then again, maybe not =)

They're playing pretty fast and loose with the legend (and there are so many different facets and variations to that anyway) so in this version Arthur is definitely NOT Mordred's daddy!!

Hmm... I dunno, I know he's not been there but I assume he's been around. Like Gwaine - where did Gwaine's big boner for Arthur come from? He definitely wasn't as "this is your KING!!!" last season... You know, they've never given Percy an episode, have they? Like Lancelot had one, Gwaine had one, Leon - well he's always there, and sometimes he does have big parts - Elyan had an episode, and now there's been a "let's all love Mordred" episode, but little bitty Perc never got one - did he? *sad face*
In one way I like that they're playing fast and loose with it - means we don't really know what's gona happen. Though, I think the ending will be the ending as we know it =(

How could I forget about that?! I don't know where that came from either, it seemed a bit strange and I'm really not a fan of Gwaine's characterisation since he became a knight.
little bitty Perc
*snorts* I think it's safe to say that Perc has never been referred to as 'little bitty'!!
I'm fully embracing denial and totally not thinking about the end of Merlin ... it will traumatise me to much!

In my opinion gwaine always had a boner for Arthur (yeah, I sail, captain, and crew this ship!!! My OTP is Arthur/Merlin but Arthur/Gwaine runs a very close second) what with the calling him Princess, teasing, and basically pulling his pigtails every chance he got. But when, and I mean WHEN, did it go from wanting to nail him like a jack-hammer to bursting into song with birds flying from his hair, and flowers popping out of his arse?!?
I'm confused, so confused... Maybe Eoin read the wrong lines? Read Rupert's or Tom's (Yes, Percy loves him too -- Arthur is such a cock-slut in my head) part of the script!
Well, he is little bitty Percy... In comparison to... The Dragon! =)
i try not to think about it either!

ROFL! That's so true!
Gwen is more like a mother figure than a wife to Arthur, lol!
Second your shipping choice, Arthur/Mordred!

She really is a mother to him...
