I have to admit I rather desperately want this tacky, hideous squirrel snap bracelet.

Yes, it's a real squirrel. With gemstones for eyes. And it's wrapped around a snap bracelet! OMG, I want it solely because it's so horrible.

Yeah, if it was $65 cheaper. I'm not paying $75 for a dead squirrel that looks like it died of mange, even if there is $3 of fake jewels on it and a $2 snap bracelet inside.

If it was a reasonable price (say, $10) rather than being $75, I'd get it solely for the lulz. I mean, holy cow, it's a badly taxidermied, mangy-looking, probably-roadkill dead squirrel with tacky charms all over it and a SNAP BRACELET inside! Wearing that, I would spread horror and/or lulz everywhere I went.

The creator, Coydoglover, says she uses only recycled materials, which I assume means she doesn't do her own taxidermy, she's buying them from someone else. Based on how badly-taxidermied these things are, my personal guess is that she lives near a taxidermy school and buys their students' failed projects for dirt cheap. I mean, dear god, look at this mole:

Jesus Christ it just now sank in that this thing is a slap bracelet. My poor tired brain must've blocked out that bit. Kinda wish it'd stayed that way.

The snap bracelet aspect is what makes it so fail that it becomes win. Without being a snap bracelet, it would just be a tacky, badly-taxidermied squirrel with cheap gemstones over its eyes and nose. With the snap bracelet... OMG IT'S A DEAD SQUIRREL SNAP BRACELET!

I don't know if I find that horrifying, appalling, or hysterical... Probably a bit of all three, to honest. WEIRD and CREEPY lol.
