This morning's storm seems to have been craptastic timing all around. In my area, it was the day that the Green Barns farmers' market moved outside for the season. The vendors had just set up all their booths (mostly with some kind of tent or awning over them, but still...) when BAM! Storm hits. I wasn't there for it, but they told me everyone was frantically trying to hold their booths together as the wind tried to tear everything apart, and at least one booth got caught by the wind, ripped the pegs holding it right out of the ground, and blew halfway across the square.
On the bright side, all of that meant that there was more good stuff left by the time I got the market than there usually is. :-)
Now, I shudder to ask... But did any of the plants I was supposed to be getting from you survive?
