So in the article, the reporter, based on some pictures and videos they downloaded from social media, is stating that the Saudis might be using WP in Yemen. This WP was likely provided by the US in the case of the mortar and maybe from the US or French, or maybe someone else, in the case of the shells. The mortar and shells were available for use in Yemen and might indeed have been used. Also, WP can be abused, so, if these were indeed used, they may not have been used in a legal way. Amnesty International is concerned, but then they are always concerned and often enough with good reason that you can't blame them ( ... )
