I look at it the same way I look at the smears of Tulsi Gabbard regarding the political opinions of her extended family: actions speak louder than insinuations, and unless there's more than "well, she knows this person who knows this other person, and also everyone knows that politicians are all corrupt," I'll refrain from condemning her for things she hasn't actually done. Fortunately, we still require actual evidence before convicting people of crimes, at least on paper.
