I fell in line with everyone and went to see Van Helsing. Others summed up the movie very nicely, so I'll just repeat main points. Yay for shirtless Hugh Jackman (why almost everyone calls him Ackman?) and boo for Kate Beckinsale hair. The movie was cheesy, but somewhat not cheesy enough to be classically cheesy. At least for me.

I was pulled over by the police this morning. It was just regular checkup, they checked my license and sent me on my way. It second time it happened to me, in the same place. I was drinking my morning tea at work, when Suzy asked me if I'm wearing different shoes, and, omg, I was indeed. It beats wearing different socks (which I also managed once), I guess :). Well, they are similar - both black, pointy and high-heeled. But they have different accessories. Have no idea how I've managed to mix them up.

Two of the people on my friend list wrote entries today about spring :) And both of them from northern countries, which sort of caused me some nostalgic feelings ( Read more... )

I borrowed scanner from my friend and spend entire day scanning my pictures. I love looking at old pictures. Most af them trigger all kinds of memories and little details I usually don't recall. Some of them silly, some exiting and some very sentimental.
