At first I was thinking Anise, but about 1/4 of the way into the "in depth" section I started hearing Emil. He's a worrier, rational for the most part, introverted, and very empathetic.

I can see both Ruca and Emil throughout - shyness, niceness, worrying.... I think I like Ruca a little bit better due to overall vibes and tone, as well as the leader/follower question in particular.
