Today, was the annual Papst Family Open House and as usual I was kitchen wenching. I just submitted my last assignment this term. It's almost over...I feel like I've been running a marathon for the last three months. It's been all I can do to just tread water. I just started at the public library.  Yes, they finally hired me as a paige/shelver. What a great workplace!! Everyone is so super friendly. I hope they don't all think I'm nuts... I really need to work on being more of an extravert.

Okay, so since I have left my reference source sheet at school I decided to destress by reading the first issue of "Angel:After the Fall". The comic is co-written by Joss Whedon and is meant to continue after the rather cliff hanger like conclusion to the TV series.

I have just been watching season 5 of Angel and one of my favourite quotes has to be from the finale. It is said by Connor (Angel's son) who has just helped his Dad against the evil Hamilton dude.

I went to Zellers to get needles for the sweater project I'm planning and ended up with an entire bag of real 100% wool. They were clearing out some of their older stock, $1 a ball! I got some chocolatey brown for the sweater and some light green I have no idea what for and some grey that is currently being  crochetted into a scarf. Yay ( Read more... )
