Woah, Panda! Go Panda! was the most SURREAL MOVIE EVER. It's this Hayao Miyazaki movie from the 70's about this talking panda and an orphan girl he adopts, and the son that his daughter adopts. What the fuck? It's almost 8 am and I am wearing two sweaters, a t-shirt, a pair of socks, pants and I'm still fucking cold. It's 50 degrees out. And AUGUST. Am I dying?
Also, just by existing I got 30M last night. Which I will blow today on books, because I actually got a nice jewpon from Borders last night. Serendipitous, I know. -

My neighbor's funeral was today. It was raining so everyone was standing under these black umbrellas, and they were playing Taps really softly towards the back. The priest had kind of this deep, droning voice and his wife looked absolutely inconsolable at the front sitting between her children, all of them in the same shade of black.
