I love Portal in general but don't much get to play, so I may not appreciate it as much as others, but I love love love this piece, AND the idea for the prompt in the first place!
Much of this is awesome (read: all) but I love the graffiti best. There's something very Portal about it, and yet totally ErikxCharles adorably charming too.

I play it fairly often because I love the atmosphere of it (especially Portal 2! there are no eeee's high-pitched enough to describe my dolphin-like squealing) and yay for that coming through to non-players! So thank you! :D
Yes I think I mentioned it somewhere else but I was worried about the graffiti because I didn't actually look at any real examples of Portal-graffiti until after I drew it in marker. XD I don't know how much you've heard about XMFC yet but the "You're not alone anymore" is the real quote from when they first met, where Charles flings himself down into the ocean onto Erik's back to save him from drowning himself. The bromance, it is strong with these two.

Also: Knowing that about the XMFC line makes the art that much better AND their Bromance that much better. Oh god lord their bromance burns so brightly...with the burning, white-hot intensity of a thousand suns.

AAAHHH YOU HAVE NO IDEA that's not even the most bromantic thing either! There's a scene where they stare into each others eyes and ~cry~ over how beautiful (Charles' word, not mine) Erik's memories are. A THOUSAND SUNS ARE NOT HOT ENOUGH.
