Title: The Hero's Haunting Author/Artist: irislock Pairing: Harry/Ginny Rating: light R Word Count: 16,200 Summary: It started on an ordinary day when a book found Harry in the Restricted Section.
I love a happy ending! :) Neville was absolutely brilliant! And I loved that Irma called him a hero. ;) I loved Ginny's idea of sitting behing Harry when she first saw him at St. Mungo's. LOL at Ginny once Harry was better. Thankfully Mrs. Weasley had that Neverending arrangement. ROTFL at "Marriage Training". Hee. Awesome story!
I so wanted to smack Mac around regarding his treatment of Harry but I guess you might as well as take advantage of the situation. But still. I loved the plot line especially since it was Neville who saved him, especially with what Pince said about him. Awesome story!
Thanks! I was a little annoyed with Mac too, but, being the professional that he is, he wouldn't pass up an opportunity to educate. I'm glad you liked the plot, and yeah, I have nothing but heart eyes for Neville.
It's one of the most amazing post war h/g fics I have read. Loved every bit of it:) You got both Harry and Ginny's characterizations bang on. Thank you for writing.
I hadn't planned to read this in one session but once I started I couldn't stop. Terrific read - taught, tense, romantic, sensible, in character, engaging - it has it all. Plus Neville! I ♥ Neville so. Wonderful story - thanks for sharing!
"once I started I couldn't stop" That's a huge compliment :)
I'm glad you thought it was taught - more than once I had the fear that I was meandering and losing focus, but my giftee likes medleys so that's what I was aiming for. And yes, I heart Neville too. Thanks again for your review.

Wow. You really put him through it and his girl was magnificent.
And your Neville was squishy.

I felt so bad for Harry - but his reward with Ginny is great. And they'll have quite a story to tell Ron and Hermione when they get back:)
