Thank you!

I just saw this, but don't have time to read it right now - so I am so looking forward to getting home from work tonight!

Love the all knowing Molly. Reminds me of my mum. One time. long after I was an adult and lived far away, she called and yelled at me for not returning my books to the library. Somehow the notice got sent to my childhood address, but to her it confirmed that she knew everything.

So true. Moms do know everything about what we're up to, don't they? Even if they don't tell us that they do. Glad you enjoyed the story and thanks for commenting.

Loved it. Molly being the SK for the Dursleys; what a situation! I just feel sorry for the poor people that bought the house afterwards.
Thanks!

Yeah, kind of weird, but I think it worked. I can't imagine anyone else stepping up to volunteer. I picture her as feeling a bit of a tie with them since she considers herself Harry's mother in a way. And yes, the poor Muggles had no idea why they were being tormented but it was all low-key. No actual violence occurred.

I love this! Harry and Ginny are keeping their expeditions a secret in the beginning... but as it turns out, the bigger secret is the one they discover is being kept from them. The Dursleys are a fascinating topic and I love the way you showed them here -- a mix of sympathetic and hateful, of regretful and defiant. Great job!

Thank you so much for filling in and making sure that everyone received a gift! <3.

I'm glad the story worked for you. You are aware of all my trials as I was writing it, but I think in the end, I'm quite pleased. Especially thrilled you liked the Dursleys. They are always hard to write if you want to give them a bit of a sympathetic twist, because they are so unforgivably nasty in the books, but I hope some years mellow them out.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review. The twist at the end surprised even me! But that's what I love about writing. All of your plans go out the window and your characters step forward and throw zingers at you. Glad it worked for you.
