First of all, I should say thanks! For the warm welcome. Everyone I've talked to so far's been dead nice. Appreciate it. Easily the friendliest prison I've been in. Not that I've been in prison much. Once or twice. Unfairly!

That fades, though, and he looks at not-Uther with interest. He should probably ask what his name is at some point, but there are more pressing matters at hand.

"Can I...ask you a question? About the Barge, I mean." He fidgets with his neckerchief distractedly, then presses on: "About magic on the Barge. Because people talk about it like it's...not a big deal."
