Giving the TakaWiki a real home again

(x-posted everywhere, sorry)When I moved the TakaWiki over to my private server, it was meant to be a stop-gap measure while we figured out what was wrong with the original server. Going back to the original server is no longer an option, but I think it would be nice to have the TakaWiki back on a dedicated server again (with its own DNS). Among
