I have come to the conclusion that I am far too happy with my life. Surely someone who has as little money and prospects as me shouldn't be this content ( Read more... )

Ooh, I haven’t watched Demons yet. I’m recording it up home. Another plus point for it, I’m told the main character is Ross from DW :)
‘It has a library’- and that makes up for everything?
Why a hoodie? Of all the clothing in the world?
‘I'm not this shallow usually I swear’- I am, and approve :D

p.s Uther/Merlin. Pervy!old man sex, beats plain old!sex any day ;P

Yes. That was a definite plus.

And I chose a hoodie for he looks like he is about 15 and should therefore be wearing one. Especially with that emo-hair. I want it. Either that or Goth-Doctor. With lots of black eye make-up.

Okay yes. I am often that shallow. But it's only TV so I feel justified in not taking it seriously.

Well. There is that. And now I think of it, yes, I wouldn't say no. But I prefer wrinkly, arthritic sex myself. XD

Only tv? *heart stops at the shock* Don't say things like that! Where would we be without our silly little shows?

So...Jethro!Doctor, yes? 11 looks sharp enough in a suit. How about flaming!Doctor. Pink eye-shadow and glitter ;P

I prefer to think that Gaius watches. As does Nimueh. And if it's the old people sex you like, why not include Anhora?

Sorry. I have no heart. Nothing is sacred to me, I'm afraid.

...flaming!Doctor is a YES PLZ.

I have no probles with an Anhora threesome. Now you're just trying to get me all excited.

I had not even considered the gay-potential of the new doctor, but you are so very right.
I want to know who the new assistant will be.
And yes - I'm intrigued by the idea of a 900-year old in a hoodie. Actually, I wonder what his 'image' will be?

That will really be the more important thing I think: if the assistant works then all will be well. I either want an older man with whom he can be infinitely gay, or I want an old woman who can try to be his mother and beat him with her umbrella when he gets too uppity.

I wondered that too. It will be interested to see his personality, and what such a young actor can make of the part. I'm not unhopeful, because obviously Five is my favourite Doctor and up until now was the youngest of them.

You're the second person who's said to me he needs a mother figure...interesting.
I definitely don't think it'd be wise to have someone younger than him as the companion, as they'll lose a ton of 'older' audience.
What I'd like is a woman of around 30 who knows herself and can boss him around a bit. The more recent Doctors seem to be at their best when they're challenged, and I really like that kind of dynamic in the programme.

I was thinking it'd be fun. I just want to avoid a younger female AT ALL COSTS. I think my first choice remains an older guy. For my shallow needs for slash, yes.

I'm just off to bed and really am too tired to be reading my flist as I read your comment "IT'S NOT LOVE UNLESS YOU ARE CARRYING YOUR DEAD LOVER'S ASHES AROUND IN A POT WITH YOU ALL DAY." as "T'S NOT LOVE UNLESS YOU ARE CARRYING YOUR DEAD LOVER'S ARSES AROUND IN A POT WITH YOU ALL DAY."

*headdesk*

Not least wondering why one's dead lover would have more than one arse. Maybe one of Merlin's spels went wrong?

Oh, I would read that fic! XD

There is a Forbidden Planet in Croydon?

And don't talk about new series. I don't need more stuff to watch.

But I had an excellent afternoon traumatising the lady at the post office today when I gave her all my postcards to get stamps. (I don't think Jesus will love me for a lot of what was on them)

There is. I went for the first time today. It is small and suitably intimidating for those made of leaner stuff than I. In other words: I quite loved it.

Ehe. You know you want it.

Oh, you know Jesus was gay. He would have loved it. Oh my but the thought of you and those undoubtably lude postcards is too fun. I'm sure she went home and cried. Well, either that or was secretly turned on by them. Or went and prayed for your soul. Or something.

That is excellent. I seem to have lost my Rodney somewhere in my unpacking, hopefully he will be found and I won't have to get a replacement D:.

I don't have time. I still have the Doctor Who thing to watch, a million fics to read, fics to write and then I'm supposed to go be social in the afternoon not that I want to.

She looked quite devout so I'm guessing it was praying for my soul.

I know! I don't care what people say: I like Croydon! And oh noes! I hope you fin your Rodney! D:

There is always time for new things. Urg. Socialising. I think I have to do that next week at some point.

It's always the quiet ones though. I'm sure she has an SM playpen in her attic at home.

ARG THAT DAMN ICON. *is blinded*

I definitely see Uther/Gaius but I imagine it to be a rocky road paved with angsty manpain.

And that is why it is so wonderful. I am currently writing something of the angsty manpain backstory for that very reason.
