[Well, it's overcast today, but this morning sometime after Nino and Lyndis have had their meal, Jaffar is out having his own rations. [Jaffar, being the paranoid somebitch that he is, naturally noticed Hugo the moment he walked through the door. His eyes had darted over to the boy and appraised his body movements quickly to decide his likely intent. The datking eyes on Hugo's face implied a look he seemed to see in Luceti a lot: they were exploring, or at least attempting to learn.

Once he concluded that, he'd gone back to cutting a meal up. But when Hugo addresses him... well, he's got no reason not to so he turns his head a little to look at the boy better]

[Three is a lot, he admits. Back in his days in the Fang he could make a week's rations out of this in a pinch. He turns to her and... well, his face would be amused looking to NINO anyone who can read morse code knew him very well. Which sadly Kairi doesn't. The point is the expression is less tense than it generally seems.
