[Well, it's overcast today, but this morning sometime after Nino and Lyndis have had their meal, Jaffar is out having his own rations. He eats smaller and more periodically through the day, so sometime in the mid-morning, there is an assassin who is sitting... well, he's actually made his way to the cafe - WildKat that is - and is seated at a table in there. He isn't ordering anything of course and probably isn't talking to anyone, rather, he's unwrapping from his satchel three dinner rolls.
Three dinner rolls that, well. Now it's time for the odd way Jaffar eats. After taking those out, he takes out a knife. Not one of his Killing Edges, but a smaller and cleaner knife: one might use to skin a rabbit or something. He then starts to cut apart the rolls into smaller pieces: by the time he's tone each roll is cut into six pieces. He then is going to slowly eat then one by one.
If you happen to catch him in the cafe and such, feel free to react or try to talk to him. Not that he would know it but cafes are meant to be social places after all, right?]
