but i don't like fighting. i consider myself to be the better person. and i won't give her the satisfaction of fighting back. UNLESS IT GETS PHYSICAL. that's a line i don't want to cross, because once i do, the repurcussions will last forever. remember, i'm trying to get my kids back. how will assault look then?

Assault would look terrible ... no matter how cracked she is, you'll be the one who ends up taking the blame (stupid, but true). If she carries on like that again, stay in your room, keep you head down and IM someone to call the cops.

there is help available, but it's up to her to make it work. i don't think she wants to change.
