God DAMN do I ever appreciate your look at the psychology of the basterds post-war. It really helped to make this less PWP (well, there was more story than porn, so still all good, but it just added depth. Much-appreciated depth). If I'm going to read post-war fic then this is the kind I'd like to read, one that really looks at it - or, hell, even in-war, because this is shit that is Not Normal and it's unfair of a lot of fic to completely ignore that ( ... )
