Don't feel stupid - your husband also clocks in at elementary level.
I'm always shocked at how long it takes to get a doctor's appointment. For check-ups or eye doctor appointments, it seems like it's always a wait of weeks or even more than a month.
The only time I've gotten into a doctor quickly was when I thought I had strep throat.
I hope you get time to destress and relax and have many much fun between now and then, so everything turns out all right!
Geez, really? If Lucas does elementary, I guess it can't be that bad, haha.
I'd love to take some days off but I don't have enough saved up to do both that and the days I need off for the holiday, so I'm just going to take it easy at work and do what I can. So far today hasn't been too bad, so *shrugs* we'll see.
My doctor does not take appointments for more than 2 weeks in advance and guarantees that he will see you within a week of your call. This is supposedly the new trend in managing a doctor's office. I think it works well until I am supposed to come back in a month to follow up and I completely forget about making an appointment for about a year.
Boy, that'd be great! Although yeah, I can see it being really hard to remember to schedule something! I probably would just keep forgetting, too, haha. :)
It was funny, as soon as the PA guy walked in to the ER on Saturday, I felt right at ease because I thought "Oh! This is what Jill's going to do!" It made me happy. :)

Don't feel too bad; I managed to only get junior high. Although how Lucas clocks in at elementary and I manage junior high I will never know.

That's right! 8 year olds can understand my LJ!
Now I wonder how they calculate that...
