I was stunned about Jonathan Brandis, but I didn't know it till long after he'd died. I was rewatching SeaQuest and went to IMDB to see what he was doing now. Too young.

Can't believe they're remaking Karate Kid. But I'm more annoyed that someone is remaking True Grit. HTF can you recast John Wayne's role?

Yes, I did the chain mail. I picked up the hobby a few years back - time to put it to use! :)

We found out the same day, but I don't remember how. I was in love with him. In LOVE. I actually found Sidekicks on VHS and bought it last summer. That and his made for tv movie Good King Winceslass were obsessions of mine. *sob*

OMG YES, THAT TOO! True Grit is my FAVORITE John Wayne movie. I'm intrigued though because I know Jim Beaver tried out for a small part in it. The important question there is, WHO WILL PLAY BLACKIE!?
