I made some cookies for the cookie party at work with some new cutters. The bears came out OK, but the poor bison and especially the moose lost limbs. So I picked out the best and frosted them. I never liked the Betty Crocker Merry Christmas cookies for some reason. I found a crisp & buttery sugar cookie recipe (in Better Homes & Gardens at my grandma's, I think) which became my standard instead. Delicious, but delicate. Probably even more traumatic for moose legs, so you're better off on your own.
